Mayi Harvests Native Foods Cultural Experiences

Welcome to an immersive journey into the heart of our beautiful cultural tapestry and natural heritage.

We invite you to explore the incredible world of native flora and the deep-rooted connections between First Nations peoples, the land, and the environment.

As we delve into this enchanting realm, we will uncover ancient stories and traditions intricately woven into the very fabric of these native plants. The Aboriginal people have long held a profound relationship with the land and its offerings, relying on native plants for sustenance, medicinal purposes, and cultural practices that have withstood the test of time.

Join Mayi Harvests founder Pat Torres, a local Djugun elder of Broome, introduce you to the Kimberley's local native foods and  bush remedies.

This workshop is your key to unlocking the secrets, wisdom, and wonders encapsulated in these ancient native food treasures.

Our workshops are crafted to cater to your unique interests. Whether you're drawn to the enchanting world of Native Golden Wattleseed, yearning to discover the intriguing properties of Kakadu Plum (Gabiny), or curious about any other native plant species, we have a tailored experience waiting for you.
