Our Bush Dukkah Spice Mix using Native Australian ingredients is and incredible fusion of nuts, herbs, seeds and spices. 

 

Dukkah is traditionally eaten with oil and flatbread. It is also sprinkled over, or blended into, dips – try it with hummus, roast capsicum or eggplant babaganoush.

 

Add this Savoury Bush Dukkah to bread or damper recipes, or sprinkle over flatbread brushed with olive oil before heating in the oven. also use it to intensify soups, dips and salads.
